I am a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and a dedicated content creator. I decided to become a nurse after my fortunate encounter with caring nurses.
In 2001, I was in the hospital battling for my life but was nurtured by caring nurses. They made such an impression on me that I did not mind going back to school to become a nurse even though I had obtained my first degree in Latin and Greek (Classical Studies) and Master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations. I left the publishing industry where I was an Editor in book publishing and journalism (newspaper/magazine) and became a nurse.
My burning desire from then on was to help others in their quest for health and make a difference in the industry. Having been in the healthcare industry for the past 20 years, my role has evolved from Nurse Aid, License Vocational Nurse, and Registered Nurse, to Nurse Practitioner. However, my burning desire has not changed.
With my wealth of knowledge in healthcare and the publishing world, I deliver health-related content to clients wishing to enhance their brand.
